We have seen that collaboration and a proactive mindset are key in the battle against the well-oiled machine of disinformation and hate. We guide and train leaders, implement community-building and project management, and adapt cutting-edge technology to scale our impact effectively. We bridge gaps and empower activists and leaders to work together in a more cohesive, impactful way with better results.

SHIFT is a grassroots initiative dedicated to fostering public diplomacy efforts since the Iron Swords War, amplifying public diplomacy for humanity.

Our team spans all sectors, leveraging our collective experience in social, tech, strategy and marketing to serve as a hub, connecting various networks, both new and existing, within this domain.

We serve as a knowledge and connection hub for global and Israel-based networks, comprised of partners who share our commitment to fighting extremism. ​Our team leads and facilitate communication and collaboration frameworks to actively foster a robust public diplomacy community​.​

  • Existing Pre-Iron Swords War Public Diplomacy Group Leaders: Continuing to support and expand their impactful work.

  • New Public Diplomacy Entrepreneurs and Projects: Including on-field and digital advocacy campaigns, tech projects, and training initiatives that leverage global volunteer communities for joint efforts.

  • Israeli NGOs and Women’s Organizations: Such as Forum Dvorah, Prowoman, FOA, Code For Israel, and others, providing valuable connections to experts and consultation services.

  • Women United for Humanity: Led by Esther Barak Landes, this global and impactful network was initiated after 07.10 and comprises influential women around the world.

  • Official Ministries: Including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and Combating Antisemitism.
